Did you like The Kirkwood’s model unit?  Someone else really liked it because they’re now down to 1 unit!

 
I got a chance to talk with Trina Braafhart today–she’s the property manager at The Kirkwood.  She told me that there is only two units left there available to lease, one of which is the model unit.

The survey’s I sent out this weekend about what people love about downtown Des Moines are trickling back in–I’m very surprised.  It would appear that there are a few places that do things very well, because I’m getting back the same answers on several of the questions.

 
With the Hy-Vee Triathlon and the IOWA outdoor event at the Capitol this weekend was H-U-G-E for downtown Des Moines.  Did you miss it?  (what were you thinking?!?)
