I spent Sunday afternoon viewing several properties for sale downtown.  I got a chance to see:
Ingersoll Square (yep, it’s open although not yet done–maybe 2-4 weeks out)
Equitable ($900,000+ unit!)
SOHO
Mulberry Lofts
Brown Camp AND Tone Lofts (Tone Lofts are amazing!)

If you haven’t taken time to visit the East Village I highly recommend it.  I see this place as a little eclectic center full of shopping, restaurants and lofts.
