Wow, these just kept coming in. Parades are great because they bring such a diverse crowd in–oh, and the candy. I also enjoy seeing a preview of who’s going to win the annual Cy-Hawk trophy in September!

Wednesday night was the annual State Fair Parade. The rain sure didn’t stop anyone, in what was another great year! Let’s get to the pictures…….

 
I’m sure every one of you that missed the big parade is green with envy over those that made it…….wah wah wahhh!
Here’s some of the highlights to what just might be the best parade that Des Moines, especially downtown, sees each year.
