Comments (2)I spent Sunday afternoon viewing several properties for sale downtown. I got a chance to see:
Ingersoll Square (yep, it’s open although not yet done–maybe 2-4 weeks out)
Equitable ($900,000+ unit!)
SOHO
Mulberry Lofts
Brown Camp AND Tone Lofts (Tone Lofts are amazing!)
Park Place

It used to be that you could rent a condo at Park Place Apartments, and have a nice high-rise apartment on the cheap.
Well, that was so popular that now Park Place has undergone extensive renovation, converted to condos, and just recently were put up for sale.
The great news is that pricing is very cheap. $150,000 [...]
