I spent Sunday afternoon viewing several properties for sale downtown.  I got a chance to see:
Ingersoll Square (yep, it’s open although not yet done–maybe 2-4 weeks out)
Equitable ($900,000+ unit!)

Mulberry Lofts
Brown Camp AND Tone Lofts (Tone Lofts are amazing!)

The Brown Camp/Tone Lofts have been done for quite a long time.  These lofts were so ahead of their time that the developers couldn’t give the units away back in the late 90’s.  That amazes me, because this building was done top notch.
