One of the next buildings must be historic as it is being remodeled, according to one of the sign in front. This one has lots of groups working on it. This one has a lot on detail on it that will be kept.

Heading back East a new building is going up and looks to be very substantial. Work
on it’s neighbor appears to be nearing completion with workers doing finishing work
in a lift.

Looking South I could see the new tall building raising. This is to have some retail, and should be another good looking building.

Anyone wondering how Des Moines is doing need only to drive through downtown Des
Moines to see all the new buildings and projects. Des Moines is growing and looking
better everyday, unless you hate getting around past the construction.
