Here’s the first entry into our very first creepy picture contest. There are a few rules you must follow.

1. Picture must be taken in either downtown, the East Village or Sherman Hill.
2. Nothing vulgar will be allowed.

Those are the rules. The prize? We’ll figure that out later!
