Are you interested in moving to downtown Des Moines?  Are there questions you have but don’t know who to ask–or where to find out?

You have come to the right place.  I am preparing a few articles to cover the many questions people have about moving downtown.

  • What’s the lifestyle all about?
  • What should I expect to pay for association fees?
  • Is financing any different for condos or lofts than what it is for a regular house?

There are way too many to list–these are just a few examples.  If you have questions, and would like to know the answer, or if you know of questions that other people have let me know!  Send me an email josh@downtowndesmoinesblog.com with the word question in the subject line–and send your questions though.

We’ll be talking to experts to get the answers right, and do everything we can to help you with your big decision!

The more questions we get the better the articles can be.  No question is too hard, too dumb, too right or too wrong.  As long as it pertains to downtown Des Moines we’ll find an answer!

    I am thinking about relocating back to Des Moines in August or September of this year and love the east village. Are there options to rent down there?

    Yes, there are a few options in the East Village. There are loft owners sometimes that are willing to rent out their units as well. Give me a call or email me and I would love to help you out.
