Downtown Des Moines Blog Is Hot
A few updates about how hot this site has become. This week (meaning Monday and Tuesday) I’ve been contacted by entertainers wanting to feature their upcoming shows here, politicians, magazines and even a television show. Our rankings on Google and Yahoo are so high that when people are searching for pretty much anything about downtown Des Moines they come to us. And because of our ranking and audience size we’re turning into the publicity source of choice!
In fact, not just people looking for publicity have taken notice. I’ve had another person contact me about buying the domain again this week.
Wow!
If and when we end up on tv I’ll be sure to let you know, and look for some interesting developments in the upcoming days!

How long before you realize people are only interested in this blog because of me! If you decide to sell it, I should get over half the money for giving people a reason to come to this site.
I have noticed you cannot search anything downtown without your blog popping up. If you think about it, google has made you the “authority” site for downtown. Thats funny when you think about several other alliance/community sites that dont even rank. Oh i forgot to mention that horrible knockoff an Iowa Realty type of company did.
Come to think about it, What Iowa Realty type company did with the downtown website wasn’t what you would do in places like Miami, or Vegas. They did a website that was “Rock Solid Steady” in Iowa where the market it different.” HAHAHAHAHAHAH

I need to protect my interests. If you sell to someone else, I could get blocked. So quit being cheap and send me the info I want. I also take pride in knowing whatever I want to say will pop up at the top of the search engines.
