Finally Working On The Asian Gardens

After months of nothing happening, are they starting work on the Asian Garden again?
It looks like they have brought in some large flat rocks, and someone has had a bulldozer working out there. Best of all, they actually mowed the weeds.
So much money spent on that building and it has sat on a weedy lot for months…….
