I am a teacher and live at the Plaza. I was lucky enough to find a unit that hadn’t had many upgrades so I got it at a very reasonable price. Lucky for me on a teacher’s salary! It’s small, but the amenities at the Plaza can’t be beat. Underground parking, storage, in house gym, hot tub, tanning bed, pool, 2 roof decks, connected to the skywalk. Younger people are moving into the building all the time too. When the weather is nice I can walk to work. I really feel like I got in at a good time 2 years ago, because prices seem to be going up. I LOVE living downtown and everything seems to be booming this spring. So much to do!
