If I Were Buying Today
If I were in the market today to buy downtown there are certain things I would want to know. There are questions that I would ask, information I would seek out, and answers that I MUST have in order to buy.
Buying a new home is a huge decision, and my goals, desires, and wants must be weighed to make sure that I am comfortable with the purchase I am making.
What should you ask? That’s what I’m going to spend this week revealing to you. This series may be the most important one that you’ve read here yet. This series is not for the faint of heart, and it’s not for anyone that doesn’t want to know the truth. It’s not for the person that thinks no matter what you do you will win. This series isn’t for you. This series is for the person that wants to make sound financial decisions, and use solid judgement when spending several hundred thousand dollars.
Do you know what you really want? Do you know what you should ask to make sure you don’t make the worst decision of your life? Do you know the questions you should ask to make sure you’re getting the “whole” story of what you’re buying, and not “just part of” the story by someone that is very concerned about the commission they will receive from you, and not very concerned about you? If you don’t, you should know.
In this series I’m going to uncover things that are going on behind the scenes that might affect the value of your home. I’m going to shine a little light on things that certain people have tried to cover up. I’m going to show you things that are very important to know, ask, and understand when it comes time to buy. And for good measure, I’m sure there will be people that get upset. People will be upset that the truth is out. People will be upset that light has been shined on what they’ve tried to hide. People will be upset that you are informed. And people will be upset that they didn’t have this information before they bought.
Stay tuned and buckle up. This will be fun, and could be the most important thing you’ve read in a long time.
