I got a chance to talk with Trina Braafhart today–she’s the property manager at The Kirkwood.  She told me that there is only two units left there available to lease, one of which is the model unit.

If you’re looking to move downtown–especially if you’re looking to rent–I can’t recommend highly enough giving Trina a call today.  The Kirkwood is a fantastic building, and the price/amenities are top notch.  Not to mention that there are 2 restaurants in the building, the best workout facility I’ve seen in any building, secure parking, and fantastic floorplans. 

You should probably act fast, 4 people from this site have already moved in, and there’s only 2 more units available.  Call Trina, or email her today and don’t let an awesome opportunity pass you by!

I stand by my opinion that their units might just be the best.  If my dog wasn’t 40 lbs too heavy I’d probably live there myself.
