I was wondering if anyone has looked at the building on Locust recently. From the Library East there is so much construction and rebuilding. I was amazed.

 

The street West of the Library is all torn up making our beautiful library look almost like it is sitting next to a sandpile. West of that, is a whole block that has work being done. One of the buildings looks like it it coming down as it has a sigh saying “Cleaning the way to the future.” Next to it two building are still in business, but one has a ‘for lease’ sign in front. And the other is is a salvage place, where they had a lot of great things during the Art Fair.

 

Lofts? Any other ideas? Anyone care to enlighten Jo Hill on what’s going on here?
