I have received a ton of questions about downtown Des Moines, many of which I’m not the greatest person to pick out for an answer.  We’ve had a ton of real estate questions, where to live, what’s what, pricing, availability and things–so we partnered up with Brett Fine, “Your Downtown Realtor” to have a local real estate expert.

But we need more!  We have questions about financing (mortgage brokers/bankers?), how to decorate an urban living space, nightlife options, restaurant opinions etc.
