Just a little heads up.  You’re going to want to be back here on Monday.  Why?

1. The most dominating news story of late has revolved around the lending industry.  Specifically, mortgages, both prime and sub-prime.  There have been a lot of changes in the industry, and according to the news, people are scared about getting a new mortgage.   Is this the case in Iowa?  Is buying a loft, condo etc. different than buying a single family home in the burbs financing wise?  What changes has the market seen?  Like I said, stay tuned for Monday.
2. You may have already noticed, you might have missed it, but I am busy working on upgrades to this site.  I’m putting together some new things that you’re definitely going to want to see.  Those of you that comment will be especially happy, as will the haters (Paul) and our big fans (everyone else).
