I have had many people ask me where you can live downtown.  A few of the higher profile projects, like the Equitable building conversion are well known, but what are the other projects?  What is it like to live downtown, and what kind of home would I have?

If that’s you, then you have come to the right place.  I have decided to move myself, and my wife downtown because I want to know what all the buzz is about for myself.  I created this blog so that I can inform anyone and everyone who is interested in moving downtown, or working downtown, what life is really like.  I’m going to use this blog to let people know what it’s like to live, play, work and eat downtown, because that’s the life that I am going to be living.

I’m going to share my insight on each residence as I see them, and offer up my opinion.  I also have a page dedicated to where you can live downtown here.  There are so many really awesome buildings and places to live downtown–and so many people just haven’t heard of them.

I’ll link back to this page with each new writeup.  I hope you appreciate my opinion, but do ask that you take it as my opinion.  I’m not going to offer the same information you can find on the MLS, or that you can read about in an advertisement.  I’m going to let you know what I think of a property, and in my opinion, what the pros and cons are to each project.
