As you’ve noticed I am sure I’ve tried to give examples of places that you can live in downtown Des Moines.  I haven’t been through every building yet, but I have been through quite a few of them.

I have been getting many of the same questions emailed to me, what places are like, how much they cost–either to purchase or to rent–and which places I like best.

Starting this week I’m going to showcase places to live in a little different fashion.  I’m going to present these lofts, condos and houses in an open house fashion, including more information from the owners.  I want to be able to share with you what the lifestyle these places offer is, and the owners will be much more able to share that with you than I will by touring the building.
