Some of the most popular content of this site has been my reviews, and visits to the different properties that exist downtown.  There are so many options, and many that people don’t even know about, out there and people love reading about the great properties available downtown.

So far the only properties I have seen are the ones that are for sale.  I haven’t been in many properties, like The Plaza, Vine Street Lofts, Court Avenue Lofts for example.

However, there are those of you that currently live in those properties right now!  I’m starting a new feature next week where we will feature different properties on this site, from the perspective of the people that live in them.  Sort of like an open house, but with much better insight.

I’m very excited about this–as is everyone I have shared this information with.  Our first feature will be on The Kirkwood (our sponsor here), and we’ll have dozens more following.
