Open Houses

I spent Sunday afternoon viewing several properties for sale downtown.  I got a chance to see:

Ingersoll Square (yep, it’s open although not yet done–maybe 2-4 weeks out)

Equitable ($900,000+ unit!)

SOHO

Mulberry Lofts

Brown Camp AND Tone Lofts (Tone Lofts are amazing!)

Park Place

I’d seen many of these buildings before, but it’s great to go back through and find out how things are selling, and how the market is going now that the busy selling season has arrived.

I am going to start showcasing units for sale downtown.  I think it’d be a great opportunity to allow you to attend open houses from the comfort of your desk.  I’ll have my first available unit featured this week!

    Some close friends of mine live in the Tone Lofts and like you described, the units are absolutely gorgeous! We not only get to enjoy the atmosphere while inside their place, but the rooftop deck is great whether you’re there to soak up the sun or watch the Sec Taylor Stadium fireworks after a night game.
