Ok, I saw the belly dancers too. What impressed me the most was their demeanor. All of them looked content and confident. I wouldn’t have the guts…

I love people that don’t “fit the mold” but don’t let it prevent them from doing what they want and having fun! Good for them!!!

You can see the change of seasons so well at the Farmer’s Market. The produce, flowers and decorations are really saying that autumn is here. Only a few more weeks left and it will be over until spring. I’m going to miss it.

I always get kettle corn and some type of home baked product like bread, rolls, cookies or dutch letters. This weekend I will be getting apples for sure.

My favorite thing, though is to watch what people buy. There are always people from the suburbs all dressed up in their fine clothes that just buy fresh flowers. And the dog fanciers that have their champion dog there. All they buy is a fancy treat for Fido, but they sure show off their dog! Many grazers are there. They walk from booth to booth to have a sample of everything there. They don’t buy because they are too full! My favorites are the ones who have 5 or 6 little white plastic grocery bags. You can’t see what they bought so you just have to guess; cashew butter and a pair of earrings, or cabbage and a loaf of pizza bread, or a caramel apple and a metal star for the den?
