I spoke a little bit about project destiny before, you can see that here.  Today I found a website that talks all about it.  Now, the website is by the people that wrote the proposal, do it’s doubtful you’ll see anything here that would cast Project Destiny in a negative light.

I haven’t shared my opinon on this topic yet, and don’t know that I will.  I am all in favor of placing an educated vote though, so please educate yourself prior to casting your vote.

On a more personal note, I don’t think this bill will pass for quite some time.  They’ll ram it through a bunch of times and eventually win, but some of these things haven’t been explained well, and not many people will willingly raise their taxes unless they’re positive that it’s the right thing to do.

My advice to the folks that want this to pass (i.e. the people that wrote it), do a better job of educating the public–then let them decide.  If they hate it, accept that and figure out something else.  If they like it, good work, and spend the money wisely for once!
