Special Invitation
I sat down today with Trina Braafhart, property manager at The Kirkwood. She has allowed me to pass along a special invitation to you.
Thursday, April 5 from 5:00-8:00 pm there is a special event going on at The Kirkwood that the readers of this site have been invited to!
The Kirkwood along with Metro Engineering Inc. have invited you to join in the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony. There will be food and drink sampling from the 2 restaurants in the building, Azalea Restaurant & Lounge and Zen Noodle & Sushi Bar. You will also be able to tour their model unit–which trust me– is nice.

Stop down and visit us at the Kirkwood. Even if you are not in the market to lease, it is still worth a visit. There are so many wonderful things finally happening in our great downtown - great places to live, great places to eat, great places to lounge - but also the preservation of some of our great historic buildings. Downtown Des Moines is rich in history, culture, entertainment and diversity. I am so proud that we are finally embracing our history and I am so proud to be a part of it.
