Memorial Day weekend seems to be trending away from the “Memorial” part and moving quickly toward the “3 day weekend party” part.  It’s great to get some time off, get some sun, and celebrate what a great place we live BUT—-

Seriously, Vanilla Ice is coming to town, what else could you possibly want?  He’s not coming in “memorial” to his once illustrious rap career, he’s now a rock star, or at least a reality tv star!  Ok, that joke was lame but I had to say it…….

Block Party details below (hint, big ol party)

May 27 The Liar’s Club is having a Court Avenue Block Party.  The party starts at 6pm between 2nd and 3rd Street.  Fallen of the Inferno (who?) is the opener.

So if you’re looking for something fun to do, this block party just might be it!
