   Unfortunately Sean Crow does not realize there is only ONE hill in “Sherman Hills”. Sean - do your research on the neighborhood - it is Sherman Hill - singular. They wish that had more “hills”, but only one, sorry, only one hill - Sherman Hill.

   People are starting to hate more then me. Geez I gotta get after it.

   I did like the SHERMAN HILLS part. Makes that area seem higher end.
   Was he worried standing in that unit, he sounds like someone was trying to break in and he didn’t know what to do.

   I looked at getting a unit in sherman hill.
   Here is how the cost was broken down.

   Unit cost 120,000
   Bars on the window - 2,000
   ADT 24 hour service - 1,500
   Nonstick Paint so you can wipe graffiti right off - $300
   police escort to walk your dog - $30 hr
   Gold plan to have up to 10 broken down cars towed off the street. $400

   Knowing you got a realtor who talks like a robot and doesn’t know how to say your neighborhood right, PRICELESS

   Why did he take down the video? I was not hating on Sherman Hill. I LOVE the old historic neighborhood - worked in that neighborhood for 3 years and am a big advocate. That is the only reason I picked on him for the “Hills” part. I guess in my mind all you have to do is drive through the neighborhood once with your eyes open and you can’t miss the really huge HILL at the top of Pleasant St. Especially if you are on a bicycle - UGH - then you REALLY can’t miss it! So, thank goodness there is only ONE hill.
