What Downtown Des Moines Residents Love
The survey’s I sent out this weekend about what people love about downtown Des Moines are trickling back in–I’m very surprised. It would appear that there are a few places that do things very well, because I’m getting back the same answers on several of the questions.
Anybody guess who every single person has mentioned as the best restaurant downtown, (by downtown meaning downtown, Sherman Hill and East Village)? Here’s a hint-it’s Italian…….

I did receive one vote for Centro–and one person left 2 restaurants, one was the Italian place yet to be named, the other was Azalea.
