This is your disclaimer.  This is what I’ve heard from a source that I would consider credible.  The source shall remain anonymous, and you can give this whatever credibility you feel it deserves.   To determine the accuracy of this rumor you should research it for yourself.  I cannot guarantee that this is correct, and if you believe this to be incorrect feel free to comment below.  This is a rumor, not something being presented as fact.

According to my source Whiteline Lofts have sold a total of 5 units to people that are unaffiliated with the developers.  The 5 units sold to people unaffiliated with the project are the only owner occupied units in the building.  Some people have pegged this number at 7, but I’m told that 2 of those 7 were also friends of the developers, and that the true number is 5.

That would mean that more than 3/4 of the total sales are to friends of the developers, the developers themselves, people buying for investment purposes.

Juicy.

That was the rumor, here’s what I do know.

I do know that according to the new agents there are 40 units still available.

Next thought: lights at night. We have 40 homes available and anyone who has concerns about the lights is cordially invited to a private showing—when you see these wonderful homes, you’ll want one! Move in and keep the lights on!

According to the Polk County Assessor Whiteline Lofts have sold 3 units in 2007.

What I want to know…….

Speaking of new agents, does anyone know the reason for the change in list agents?  Was it due to sales?  Was it something else?  This is another question I’d love to have answered.  Any of the realtors that visit here know the answer to this?
