As I noted last week, we’ve teamed up with the only realtor that has an office downtown.  Let me introduce you to Brett Fine, “Your Downtown Realtor.”

Brett’s office is opening soon on the second floor at the Kaleidoscope.  (that’s 655 Walnut).  He’s going to have a model of the city to showcase the locations of the properties you can live in, and he’s also going to have details for each project as well.

We’ve teamed up with Brett because what he’s doing is just like what we’re doing.  He’s a buyers agent, which means that he doesn’t represent any single project, and his services are free for you.  That’s just like us here at downtown Des Moines blog.  We’re not tied to any single project, and we’re here to increase knowledge of the best neighborhood in Des Moines.

We really like that he’s located downtown, and provides an unbiased source–as he’s not affiliated to any single project.
